Deputy Chief Compliance Officer

Meagan manages the firm’s compliance and legal functions. In this capacity, she leads the development and oversight of River Road’s regulatory compliance, client compliance, and legal counsel responsibilities. Meagan is a Kentucky licensed attorney and serves as an adviser to the Executive Committee on compliance and legal topics. She joined River Road in 2007 and holds equity in the firm.
