As Chief Organizational Development Officer, Elizabeth is responsible for organizational development and the firm’s talent and culture strategy. In this role, she leads the human resources and administration functions. She holds equity in the firm and is a member of the Executive Committee. Elizabeth joined River Road in 2009 in a research support role.
